2X Advertising is the trading name of 2X Advertising Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 14674396). Registered office: Highland House, 165-167 The Broadway, London, SW19 1NE, United Kingdom. Our founder is Sikander Karim, and part of our team works from our back office in Pakistan.

2. What we collect

- To schedule and run your free ad account audit
- To reply to your messages and follow up about our services
- To prepare proposals and, if you become a client, to deliver our services
- To understand how visitors use our website and to show relevant ads on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Our legal basis
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, we use your information because you asked us to (for example, by booking a call), because we have a legitimate interest in running and growing our business and responding to enquiries, or with your consent (for example, for non-essential cookies). If you're in the US, we handle your information as described in this policy.
5. Who we share it with
We only share your information with trusted services that help us run our business:
- Calendly: call booking
- Zoom: video calls
- Google: email, documents and website fonts
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram): website analytics and advertising, if you accept cookies
Our team members in our Pakistan back office may access your information to help deliver our services. They follow our instructions and confidentiality rules, and we protect these transfers with appropriate safeguards such as the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement or standard contractual clauses.
Our service providers may also process data outside the UK, using recognised safeguards. We may share information if the law requires it.
6. Cookies and tracking
Our website may use cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand visits and measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. Blocking cookies won't stop the website from working.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking information for up to 2 years after our last contact, and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements. After that, we delete it.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- see the personal information we hold about you
- correct or delete it
- stop using it for marketing or restrict how we use it
- send it to you or another company

9. Keeping it safe
We use reputable, secure providers and limit access to your information to people who need it to do their work.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
